Thank you Zenstein Kovalsky for trying your best to end this ongoing nightmare of the last four years. October 29,2012 my husband and I lost everything we worked our whole life for and no was came to our help. We put our faith in Allstate and FEMA as we paid our policy to both for over 42 years only to find out it was paid in vain. With the large payments we paid every year we thought for sure we were covered. The house policy was for $150,000, the Flood policy was for another $110,000, but it was not to be. We received $24,000. I was unable to get anyone to listen to us that we were left with nothing - clothes, furniture, wedding albums, baby albums, a lifetime we built together since 1966. Then came a phone call from a young woman and man that said let me help. You have no idea, Nickie was the lifeline I was praying for, I can't thank you enough. I know it was a hard fight and the insurance company never made good on their commitment to me for the face value of the property but at least you fought for me, now a widow on my own. Thank You. If there is ever anything I could do to spread the word of how wonderful your staff and you are, count me in. I am writing to thank you and all those associated with our claims for the excellent service that was provided.
